What are the regular opening times at the Leeton Landfill & Recycling depot ?
Opening hours for the Leeton Landfill & Recycling Depot are 9am to 6pm Monday to Sunday.
Residents must arrive no later than 5:30pm so all garbage is unloaded by 6pm to avoid delays, and have their licence available on entry. The Landfill & Recyling Depot is located on Corbie Hill Road, Leeton. Shire residents using cars, station wagons, utilities and trailers for domestic and/or green waste disposal are not charged a fee. Leeton Shire Council is not permitted to landfill hazardous waste, so residents are asked to inform the supervisor at the Depot Office if their load contains batteries, tyres, chemical containers, asbestos or other hazardous waste.
